  • Yes, any credits that are not used will remain active in your account indefinitely. You can be confident your credits can be utilized when you need them.

  • Billing is monthly with an initial three-month commitment for the Premium and Essential Memberships, and month-to-month for the B12 Membership.

    If needed, we offer early cancellation with a fee. You may contact our team at info@driptvl.com to cancel.

    All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. For cancellations, to freeze, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Drip at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email. In turn, We will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

  • Yes, membership plans may be temporarily frozen for up to three months per year.

    You can still access your member benefits during your frozen period but will not be charged monthly or accrue additional credits.

    After your three-month freeze, your membership will reactivate automatically.

  • Yes, members can transfer paid credits.
