Meet Susan: A Passionate Nurse Helping You Feel Your Best at Drip

Here at Drip, we believe that our team is the heart of everything we do. Today, we're excited to introduce you to Susan Bates, one of our dedicated registered nurses with over 25 years of experience in the field. Susan’s compassionate care and deep expertise make her an integral part of our team, and she’s here to help you feel your best, whether you’re recovering from illness, enhancing athletic performance, or simply prioritizing your well-being.

A Lifelong Passion for Nursing

Susan’s inspiration to become a nurse began at home. Her mother was a nurse, and from a young age, Susan knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps and make a difference in people’s lives. “I’ve always wanted to take care of people,” Susan shares. “Being able to provide care, support, and comfort during difficult times is incredibly rewarding.”

What She Loves Most About Drip

At Drip, Susan enjoys helping people feel better—whether it’s assisting someone who’s recovering from illness or boosting an athlete’s performance and recovery. “It’s wonderful to be a part of someone’s wellness journey,” she says. “I love knowing that I’m playing a role in helping them feel healthier and more energized.”

A Word from Susan: "Feeling Better Should Be a Priority"

When asked what she would say to someone on the fence about trying IV therapy, Susan is passionate about prioritizing health: “We spend time and money on looking better, but feeling better should be just as important. IV therapy helps you recover faster, boosts your energy, and supports your overall wellness—it’s a way to invest in how you feel.”

Extensive Experience in Family Care

Susan’s background includes 10+ years as a neonatal nurse and her current work as a pediatric nurse. Her experience caring for babies and children has taught her the importance of nurturing the whole family. “I’ve learned to take care of the whole family in some way,” she says. “Whether it’s helping a parent feel better or supporting a child’s recovery, I’m happy to be a part of their health and wellness journey.”

The Importance of Kindness and Honesty

Susan believes that kindness and honesty are essential in patient care. “One of the most important things I do with my patients is to be kind and honest,” she explains. “If I don’t know the answer to a question, I will try my best to find out. I’m happy to be a small part of your health and wellness journey.”

At Drip, we’re grateful to have someone as caring and knowledgeable as Susan on our team. Her dedication to making a difference in the lives of her patients is evident in everything she does.
